Colorado Inspired

My husband and I recently traveled to Colorado so he could participate in the Pike’s Peak Ascent Half Marathon. What a refreshing and inspiring way to end the summer. It has been a few years since I have spent any length of time in that area of Colorado, and it was so wonderfully peaceful. I wondered what had taken me so long to get back there. Here’s a snippet of some of the beauty we encountered. Enjoy and be inspired as well!

Door in Miramont Castle - I've always loved Gothic style windows and doors, and you can't beat the view from this one!

Glen Eyrie Carriage House - I have a love affair with carriage houses...brick floors, lanterns, arched doorways, barn doors...what's not to love?
